Time Zone Offset Calculator
Convert a time between two time zones using offsets you enter — no live lookup.
The result is the clock time in the other zone for the time and offsets you entered.
Formula
Other-zone time = your time + (other offset − your offset). Offsets are hours ahead of UTC; a negative offset means behind UTC.
How it works
Enter your time and your UTC offset, then the other zone's UTC offset. The calculator shifts the time by the difference. No live time-zone database is used, so daylight-saving changes must be reflected in the offsets you enter.
Worked example
For example, 15:00 with your offset 5 and the other offset 0 gives 15:00 + (0 − 5) = 10:00 in the other zone.
FAQs
What is a UTC offset?
The number of hours a zone is ahead of (+) or behind (−) Coordinated Universal Time. Pakistan is UTC+5 in standard time.
Why no automatic daylight saving?
Daylight saving rules change by place and date, so this calculator uses the offsets you enter rather than guessing them.
What if the result passes midnight?
Times wrap around the 24-hour clock, so a result past midnight shows as an early-morning time.
